Like turbines in darkness; like the blood on my door

I saw Alice in the paper today. I havn't seen her for 5 years and it was weird because I went to school with her for so long. I remember playing with her at Alec's house up the street when we were kids. The article itself was poorly done and made too much of an effort for a sad story, but it is hard not too. I'm happy she's doing well.

We watched The Big Lebowski today. It's a good movie though has really bad ending that makes it feel like a waste fo time. Go Dude. Also we watched a bit of Hard Core Logo, which isn't very good though it is where Billy Tallent got their name: by ripping it off. I saw scenes from the movie in Weird Sex and Snowshoes: A documentary on Canadian film making.

We left crackers on Trent's lawn again and made postcards for all the far-away friend.

Again, fandom is a dangerous thing, ever consuming. I am just babbling but one thing cannot be so great that it deserves absolute fandom. Peopl are scary that way, and I wish ic oudl just throw all that crap off the dining room table except for the picture of Oojisan). That's not going to happen though.

Build me up; tear me down; like a skyscraper.

The way the story goes is that when I was 15, I conquered the world in a mighty blaze but after I finished, in a puff of smoke, I was gone. I left the world to be dealt with whoever woudl want to, and Olena has dibs, I guess. That's fine and all but keep in mind that if the world strays from the way I want it, I will reclaim in the same manner. No body guards or accomplises can match me.
