Hey. Yeah so today was cool for three reasons. First, I found out that Bri's dad is gonna be okay. I really hope he gets better soon. Second, we did this thing in creative writing class where everyone writes down A,B,C,D,E..etc. on a paper and we pass the papers around and when it comes to you, you have to use the letter you land on to say something about the person whose paper it was originally. It was kinda fun (if not extremely hard when you get to letters like Q and X) and I was surprised at the nice things some people said about me. Eric kinda through me for a loop since he's not an overly nice guy and said "Quite simply amazing at everything there ever was in liberal arts" and "Creative and a really good writer". What a complicated kid but at least now I know that he doesn't hate me. Joel told me I was "Naughty" and that "Nobody compares". haha I love that kid. Lazy and out of it as hell but that kid sure does know his random Shakespearian quotes lemme tell ya.
Third reason that this day was cool was that I found this awesome used book store off of US1 by Oakland Blvd. near The Wet Olive. Anybody who likes to read and is on a budget should check this place out. I bought six books for 20 bucks. I got "A Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man" by James Joyce(at the recommendation of Mr. Scott), "Light in August" by William Faulkner, "The Place of Dead Roads" and "Queer" by William S. Burroughs, "Lust For Life" by Irving Stone, and "Offbeat: Collaborating with Kerouac" by David Amram. And I'm also currently reading "The Catcher in the Rye" and "Dharma Bums" which are amazing. Well, that's it for now.
