M = i send it in, so its on file, and then they mail you a hard copy of the marriage liscece but they dont like check ID or anything

M =yeah, i mean you have to have a computer and its like 10 hour online thing so it took me little over a week cause i could only do it a little bit each day

and you have to have a way to scan your signature
