Roy Scheider is so good in that movie, it's easy to forget he's not Fosse, and that Fosse was directing him to be that good. To be that much of a likeable asshole.

Sorry about the review, it does come off more dismissive than I meant it to. That tends to happen unless you're writing a whole novel or something. I did enjoy the show more than not enjoy the show.
Maybe I'm just burnt out on confrontational stuff, and broadly self-aware tastelessness kind of blends into that.
I do intend to watch whatever you and Hetz do next, you guys make an amazing team.

I actually signed up for LJ about a month ago but was swept away with work. I still haven't posted anything on my actual page yet... Mainly I want to get in the habit of writing more often and thought LJ might be a good way to do it. Also, Joe and I are planning some Live Journal satire for the Scrimshaw Show so I decided to just jump in... Kind of write what you know, only backwards.
