No fasting has occured. I don't think I did too bad, but still, I'm pissed.

I HATE my knee. I can't run, yesterday I could barely walk. I've totally fucked it up. It seems to be fine this morning, though, the day I plan on seeing the doctor. Wonderful.

So I need a new plan for what I'm going to do every day, since I can't run anymore.

I think it's going to go:
-Subway/bus home
-Go to library (1-2 hrs. on days I finish at five, 2-4 on others)
-Get home
-Sit ups (100 at least)
-Make tea
-do more homework/read
-have small cup of food
-30 more sit-ups
-go to bed.

I think I'll do sit-ups in the morning too.

I have the Ani D. concert tomorrow, I'm going with Camille. I think it will be fun. I'm excited. I don't want to have eaten too much today or else tomorrow I'll feel like shit.

The only really dangerous days are on the weekend.
This Saturday I'm seeing everyone.
and Sunday I'll see Sean. I don't think that he'll agree to take a walk with me because he knows how bad my knee is.
