BLOWN AWAY
There went the temperatures! Forty degrees in just over four hours! Winds of 35mph and gusting to 66, single digit temps and windchills of minus 16. So dang COLD in this house that with every heater up all the way and all the space heaters running, I STILL had to cover the parrot to keep him warm, and it was so cold last night the kids were doubled up in bed to stay warm.
Today will be no better. BUT they say come the end of the week another 'warm' (that means 30 or above here...sheesh...as opposed to, you know, WARM) front will arrive.
Off to shiver in front of the space heater.
