So I went to go look at that place out by Harriman State Park. I want it. It's in Bearsville, NY. It's just a one bedroom cabin with a sneeze of a loft, but it's sound. Just ugly. And that is easily fixed. The plumbing seems good (what little of it there is) though the wiring's crap. Think I'd just start over with the electric ( Read more... )

You don't have to be nice, I know it looks crappy at the moment. But fixing it would be fun. Plus, you never saw where I grew up.

From other Tales, mostly. I mean, look what happened when I trusted the Athaena - Athena - Athenaeum? Crap I can never spell it. When I trusted THEM to keep Jonas and Rita safe from the Bridge Troll. STILL ended up fighting him myself.

It's ugly, not treacherous! And I dare any fucking raccoons to come messing with me. I'll beat them with my crutches. Actually, I'll be needing a few dogs around the place. Maybe a heeler, or a bloodhound, or a coonhound. Ooo, maybe a freakin' huge dog, like a Mastiff! Or a Pyrenees, to look after the chickens. Cuz there gotta be chickens.
