I just saw a poster for this taped to a lamppost in Belltown. Please, please let it either be a joke or an art project.
update: an additional data point about the competence of this agency, assuming they are in fact for real: the posters were printed with water soluble ink, and put up outdoors in Seattle in November. The one I saw the other day is no longer legible.
