I finished my first sock last night! I see a lot of this in my future. Maybe next time I'll get the hang of kitchener stitch to finish the toe without looking like crap. Actually, it came out pretty well, and most importantly it was a blast. I have my next three projects planned out already... after I finish the mate to the one I just did, of course.
I love yarn. It's a sickness.
The good thing is, I'm already planning Christmas presents. Next two skills to pick up - guitar (I bought a used 3/4 for $20!) and knitting/crocheting with wire to make jewelry.
