Glad to have the fourth CPA exam behind me. Now, the wait to find out if I passed. I need a 75 - although that's not a percentage-correct figure. CPA exam scoring is an arcane process, which mortals can never truly understand. Approximately half of the people who take the exam pass, so hopefully I did better than about 50% of the other test-takers. I'll know on or about Feb. 24th.
When I was studying for the exam, I had dreams of tsunamis. This has been a recurrent theme for me whenever I'm feeling overwhelmed. I don't think my subconscious is very subtle in its metaphors. Later, I had a dream about being at work and a bookcase falling over on me. Information overload?
Now that I'm done with the exam, I'm just doing tax returns in my sleep. That, I can handle. Which is good, as it'll probably continue for another couple of months.
Monday: we are expecting our own Snowmageddon. Depending on how the snow bands set up, we could see anywhere from 8 to 15 inches of snow. Given that 8 inches is the lower limit, I'm not expecting to go to work tomorrow. I'll do what I can from the remote login. But for tonight, there will be soup and cornbread and snuggles with the husband. Really, what more do you need?
