Merry Christmas!!
My Christmas was nice...I woke up, (way too early) opened gifts with the family, went to church, came home, took a nap, went and picked up some stuff at Ryan's house, came home, packed a little, ate dinner with my parents, and then finished packing.
I was pleased with all of my Christmas gifts, and I got some stuff I can use for when I'm in Florida for the semester.
I got nice stuff for my birthday as well...Ryan spent way too much money on me though...but I love all my stuff :)
For Christmas I got Ryan Red Wing tickets, so January 5th, we are going to the game. I'm so excited to go!! Kelly and Bill will be there too, because he got tickets for his birthday. It should be a fun time.
Since Ryan's been home we've just been hanging out...I worked a lot last week which sucked because I had so much crap to do, but Friday was my last day...it was kinda sad. I'll probably end up going back there though, unless something better comes up.
Tomorrow morning I'm leaving for FLORIDA!! We have to leave the house at 4:00am! That part sucks, but it should be a fun week. Ryan is already down there, he left today, and tomorrow once I get there we'll meet up and just relax for the week. We're staying at the same resort in Disney so it'll be fun. I'm excited to be in the nice warm weather, and then actually doing something fun for New Years. Last year kinda stunk, and Ryan and I just watched tv. And we were like, this sucks, next year we should get our families to go to Disney for New Years....and it actually happened! I'm sure we will have LOADS of fun. We always have fun in Florida.
So I'm getting back January 2nd, then I'm leaving around the 8th (I think ) for Florida until May! I'm totally freaking out about it now because its so close, but I know its going to be so fun. I just wish I had a little more time to get things ready. But I am excited for the experience.
Classes ended last Monday, and I did alright this semester. Things didn't end so well for me in my gov't class, but oh well...my teacher is really unfair. Basically I had to sacrifice my grade to stand up for my beliefs. But I guess thats a typical liberal...
I had to change my hair color for my internship, so now I have brown hair again...but its pretty dark. I like it though, and its cheaper than getting highlights. Now I just look my sister, but thats not a bad thing.
I think I've covered all the main things that have been going on lately so I'll wrap this up.
I'd just like to say, MERRY CHRISTMAS TO EVERYONE! And all the companies/people that won't recognize Christmas anymore need to get a life and realize the reason we have the holiday season is because of CHRISTMAS! And if people are ignorant enough to claim they are offended when people say Merry Christmas or whatever the case may be...then maybe they should work on Christmas day instead of having the day off. Gosh people are so stupid...but thats a whole new subject.
oh and HAVE A HAPPY NEW YEAR TOO!
