So today was the big day. I was up at 6:00 and at the polls when they opened. It took me 45 to actually get in there and submit a ballot. Then when I was walking back to my car, I saw a tow truck behind it. I ran over to it thinking that they were about to tow me, but it turned out that a guy in a delivery truck had parked behind me and another girl and now the engine wouldn't start. There wasn't enough room to tow it so I had to sit around and wait for them to call a mechanic to come fix it. I was standing outside in the rain for another 45 minutes. There is a plus side though... as some of you know, I've been looking for a job the last few weeks. I've put in 3 applications in the last week. Well turns out the girl who was stuck with me today knows my cousin Billy. She and him were really good friends in high school and still hang out a lot. She also said she is the manager at Subway and when I mentioned that I was looking for a job she said to come down there and fill out and application. She even said I could put her as my reference. So that's pretty exciting. I really need some extra money. This "free public education" shit is bleeding me dry. They are seriously raping us. It's to the point where I'm funding my own breakfast party and buying things I don't even get to keep. It's ridiculous. But oh well... that's life.
I'm still really tired from this weekend. For the past couple nights I've gone over to Allison's house and watched scary movies with her and Heather. Tonight we watched Candyman and I fell asleep. Her bean bag chair is so comfy. I could've just gone completely to sleep and stayed there all night, but they kept throwing stuff at me.
This weekend is the first weekend that I get to spend at home in a while. It seems like all I do is travel lately. Sometimes I just want to curl up in bed or curl up with someone warm and not move forever. Ever had one of those weeks? I'm out of school on Thursday apparently, so I'm prolly gonna catch up on sleep all day and try to go out and do something that night... or tomorrow night, I'd love to go out somewhere tomorrow night... but we'll see. Ok I've just been rambling on so I'm gonna go now. Night night people.
