Today is October 16, 2004. TJ's show is in less than 2 weeks. I'm looking forward to it mainly because I've always seen T as a little brother, and to see him throwing a show gives me a strong sense of pride. I'm proud, very proud.
Tuesday night I went swimming in McAllen. I had fun even though we got kicked out of the pool. Swimming is always fun. There was this point in time that I was insecure about the way I acted. Maybe it was because I was not sure if the way I was acting was having any effect on time. I guess it's kind of like sleeping in until noon. I've been doing that for about a week straight and I always feel like the days don't last as long when you've already missed 5-6 hours of sunlight. Today I woke up at 8:30 just to see if the day seems longer. A man came to my front door a little while ago. He is a friend of mine and a friend of the family. He asked me for a couple of bucks. I'm glad that I had money to help him out because he looked like he really needed it. The way I see it, that fiver will do him some good as to where I'll probably spend it on something dumb like beer. No offense to anyone who buys beer. My Knicks beat up on the Spurs by around 12 or so. This year looks to be a positive year for them. 2-0 in preseason play. Last night I ended up making some comments that were a bit out of line coming from me. I feel that whenever I say something innocent, it's misunderstood, yet when I say something with conviction, it's just laughed at or brushed off. That's life, right?
