Procrastinating

It's already almost 1:30, and I've been up since 9... yet, I've gotten very little done that really NEEDED to be done. I'm just about finished with doing laundry, and keep cleaning various things in my room, but I haven't actually looked at much more costume research today

So is there some sort of format if you're chosen to do design-work for a show? Just curious. Is there a specific set of guidelines for what you have to do, or (if possible) just design it without anything written down? Or do you have to turn in some sort of portfolio? I have no idea how the design aspect (or any aspect) of the Theatre department works. I would love to hear about what you're working on, etc. if you write more on your LJ.
