I feel very official now because I applied for temporary teaching certificates in English and School Media. They charge $56 for every area of specialization, so I probably just wasted $56 because I don't ever really intend to teach English. It's just nice to have something to fall back on, I suppose. Now I have no money for food and paper towels, both of which are sorely lacking in my kitchen. I am, however, considering buying a karaoke machine with some imaginary numbers. You've got to love my practicality.
