Alright. Lets see where i left off at....
Just got back from a family vacation to Mackinaw Island yesterday. It was pretty good. It was cold as hell. Highest temperature was about 78 degrees or somethin like that. Its nice to be back home though. Tomorrow i've got the last family picnic, that'll be fun, but knowing my moms side of the family...it'll be an emotional basket case at the very end. Havent worked that much lately since I havent been around. Just found out my uncle ken came in town from florida to come to the picnic, so it'll be even more insane....
So i got accepted to Southern Illinois University. Got accepted a couple weeks ago, its sooooo nice to be done and know where i'm going even before senior year has started. Going for my bachelors in radio/tv broadcasting, minor in public relations for advertising. I'm ready to get out now, especially since all this stuff is done.
Hagen-fahey-john- and me have all continued to be idiots.....we're going golfing sometime this week so that'll be cool.
I got my haircut again last week or somethin, and then i decided that was a waste cause im just gonna grow it back out again, not 100% sure on what im gonna do, but im gonna grow it out for a while.
Ive got an application to Starbucks....dont know if i wanna work there or not yet. Depends on what kinda hours i can get and how much money is involved. Plus I'm going to start getting involved with Kansas Street's advertising ever since my meeting with Steve and brenda. That'll be pretty cool, i'll get to come up with different promotions, go out and try to see where prime advertising spots are at, community reach out stuff. It'll be cool.
Umphrey's McGee is gonna come to town and play some shows at Navy Pier...if anyone wants to go with me give me a ring....and yes im still workin on getting that car and cell phone....
