so much to say so much to say
Geez, its been a while. Lots of stuff has been going on too. Today's my really first lay back day, where I dont feel like doing much of anything. So i'm trying to think where i should start........
The Bahamas/Disney trip was unbelievable. I had a blast the entire trip. I mean, when you room with Matt and Mike, you can't really expect anything to go "normal" either. And i was right. Got to know some people better that I really never made an effort to get to know. Our stateroom rocked...even though it was the size of a matchbox...we had a porthole, so that made our room awesome. So the boat was great, and when i said i hated disney.....uh...its way more fun when you go with your friends. It was great, but we were all burnt out by the last day.
So then on the 18th i went to the DMB concert. OAR...how can i put this nicely...sucked ass. They played 3 songs and extended City on Down so it made their show longer. Dave played an awesome set. 3 new songs he included in there. Closed the show with Stay, just an awesome time. I went there with my cousin, but ended up hanging out with Ben Krawcyzk and Dan Lawerence. We saw/talked to sule, matt, mike, shawna, pat, marissa, and danielle. It was just a crazy night....
Summer running started. It's kinda weird. But i dont know who's all coming back this year. Me and Pierre are the only seniors who have showed up. I dont know if August is coming back...Jach never comes to summer running, Gerske comes sometimes, and i think Izzy's done with XC. DJ's there though...but hes just training for his college tryouts. Also applied to SIU and got all those senior pictures taken, of course saw Liam up there with the infamous Two Tones.
The neighborhood bunch has been up to its usual mischieft too. Me, fahey, nate, john, and hagan have been just running around doing our normal stuff. We just had a BBQ Party at John's house yesterday. Me and John started cooking at freakin 10 am. We had a good chunk of people showed up, but we have to refill the jacuzzi, because johns jacuzzi is only supposed to hold 5 i think...water deffinetly was all over the place, it was pretty funny.
