Well my old friend journal. Better be a good lad and update it.
It's Sunday night and today the good old melbourne weather has been kind indeed. Served up a sneak feeling of summer to come. Spring is just around the corner so i am in a good mood today. External influences on one's mood, that be the weather my friends! Well it's always better when the sun shines.
What have i done so far. WELL! i am working away at this finance company as excited as that is, (insert sarcasm here). But alas the boredom is worthwhile i suppose as it's made the savings possible for me to venture overseas to Sth America and Europe come November. I can not wait, travelling is my favourite thing. Well one of. I suppose after a while when, you are at a job long enough, work does just become work and you just do it. Those who are around you is what really makes a job for me. I'm glad i got Jonatan working right near me, at least it keep the day entertained and we have a lot of laughs. The rest of the place has their noses in their computer screens and all serious. We laugh it up, it's too boring to have your head down and work so seriously all day.
But aside from that i been DJing alot. I made reference last time to Stellar Bar well all these months later me and Mike Julez have been there every Saturday playing. I really look forward to it. However it has taken it's toll as i don't think i have had a weekend off for a very long time now. But we've created a special vibe there. A lot of warmth in the house. Too many places in Melbourne these days have such attitude. Where we are we bring back the good old values, a place where people can go to boogie it up no matter who they are. They want to change the name of the place and give it no name. I think that's exclusive without being exclusive but pretty cool. They also put in new speakers and a mixer so i am wrapped about that. Last couple of weeks the sound had been so shitty.
But speaking of such related things i found a new record hole for myself. Mixed Bag music. This place has everything i am into and that i want. No bullshit is there. I'm so glad i found this place. Everything i am into is there! I think over these months i've really found my sound. I think over my travels and in the next year i will really take major steps forward in life. I am pretty happy at this point in time i suppose.
Well i have also properly sorted out my tours around the world. in South America the stops shall be Chile, Argentina, Uruguay. In europe the stops shall be France, Greece, Bulgaria, Malta, and England. Hopefully i might work in England for a little while if i stay a little longer. But we will see how it all goes. It might get too expensive. I can't wait to expand on the places i have already seen and see family and friends. I'm too wrestless always being in Melbourne. It's a great city but the adventure in my heart to see what is out there has always been a flame inside of me. I'm so glad i can travel, let's hope it's safe too hehe.
