Earthquake and Tsunami in Japan... JE artists' safety information
As you know unless you've been living under a rock, there's a magnitude 8.9 earthquake off the northeast coast of Japan. If you're reading this, please take a few minutes and pray for the safety of everyone in Japan. May everything be okay in the end...To those who tragically lost their lives: May God grant you peace. To those alive, injured, suffering, worried about their dear ones, trying to hold on through this dark time: May God be with you, you are in our hearts and prayers. In front of these disasters, we are all only humans, and nationality, race, religion, they all cease to matter. 日本、頑張れ！応援してるから。

As JE fans, I'm sure you're worried about the safJety of your idol on top of everything as well. I know I 've been searching the webs for information on it all instead of studying for a final in less than an hour all morning...

Higashiyama Noriyuki - Play in Osaka going on as usual according to people who saw the play. Everyone in Mishima Double is safe.
Uekusa Katsuhide - Endless Shock, doing fine.
SMAP - Katori Shingo (confirmed by Murase Ken's twitter), Nakai Masahiro (Staff), Kimura Takuya (filming for upcoming drama, AD's twitter), Kusanagi Tsuyoshi ( drama's official twitter)
V6 - All members (fan who asked about them through Jweb).
Inohara Yoshihiko's wife and son are also safe (wife Seto Asaka's blog).
TOKIO - All accounted for (Jweb official mail announcing continuation of tour tomorrow); Leader (Joshima) and Yamaguchi Tatsuya were at a location shoot when it happened, but they are okay (from staff),

SMAP - all confirmed except for Inagaki Goro
TOKIO - Nagase Tomoya and Matsuoka Masahiro injured but it doesn't appear to be anything serious. It was said that Nagase should heal in about 3 days. So yeah, they're mostly fine. (according to my source, it was from official channels, but I haven't track down the original news source yet)
KAT-TUN - All safe, supposed confirmation by JE staff. It was reported that Tanaka Koki and his siblings are taking refuge at a local stadium. Also, rumors that Ueda's family house was damaged? Nakamaru rumored to be at the Johnny's Family Club and okay.
News - Nothing definite on Kato Shigeaki or Masuda, but they should be okay.
Kanjani8 - all members safe, supposedly confirmed by JE staff.
Hey! Say! Jump - all members safe. Okamoto and Morimoto took refuge at a school. Takaki reported to be okay, source unconfirmed.
A.B.C.-z - all members safe
FiVe - Nakaegawa Rikiya (logged into mixi shortly after the earthquake. Therefore, he should be fine...)
Imai Tsubasa - I heard a report of someone who talked to one of his sister's neighbors, who said his sister's place is okay... But that's it so far.
Johnny's Jr. - Kyomoto Taiga seems to be okay according to yarakashi fans. Morimoto Shintaro doing just fine according to blog of someone who goes to the same school. Mis Snow Man seem to be okay. Kansai Jr. said to be all accounted for.
Takizawa Hideaki and Takizawa Kabuki cast - Yara is confirmed to be in rehearsal for Takizawa Kabuki and okay, so that means everyone else who was rehearsing for it should be fine too... Supposed news from his brother this morning?
