Thanks to everyone who gave input for the Creative Writing project. Just to shed some light on the whole thing, the idea was to write a paragraph that captured a specific emotion and read pretty much like a passage out of a story. I would then go through the comments, see what emotion people were getting from my paragraph and analyze the responses to get an idea of what my strengths and weaknesses are when it comes to writing.
Although the project was really quanity over quality when it came to the responses (We needed 10 responses for all three paragraphs and none of the responses could be from the same person, meaning I had to get responses from 30 different people!) but I appreciated the feedback and took all of it very seriously.
I'm not the best writer. Before this class, I hardly ever sat down and wrote my own stories. If a story idea came to me, it would usually be something I would want to put down in comic form, or if I did want to write it down, I was afraid I didn't have the talent. Taking this Creative Writing class is helping me get back into writing actual stories. I'm hoping this experience will translate over to my visual stories as well, helping me to better flesh out characters, actions, what have you.

And we're going back into regular old blog mode in 5... 4... 3... 2...
