So yeah, this is what I've done over the last.... 20 days? Yeah. a little, and like the last post, the portraits are all of people in my Creative Writing class. I think they started to catch on by now, so I draw them when they're on the podium reading stories and can't focus on me. Muaha. But let's start off with the cover of my moleskine.

This is probably my favorite of the various covers I've done in the past. I'm pleased with how it turned out. I have to fix it up every so often because it fades a bit, but otherwise, it's held up pretty well.

So I'll start with the portraits. A few of these people you may recognize from the last post, a few you don't. You'll also notice that there are A LOT of girls. That's because our class only has 2 guys in it, and they sit behind me when I can't see them and generally do not read their stories, so I don't get the opportunity to draw them when they're at the podium.

Quality change because my scanner is stupid.

These are my Nuzlocke Run sketches. I need to catch up, because by now I've beaten Misty and Tektite has been killed. I'm playing my friend's copy of the original Pokemon Red. My trainer is named Link, hence why Link is doing all of this. Rival is Ganon, though I drew him as WW Ganondorf because I can. My starter was Bulbasaur, and since there's no gender, I put my Statistics to use and generated the random result of FEMALE for her gender. I've been using this method to also determine natures, since Red doesn't have those either.

A concept of a comic idea I have. A girl goes fishing, catches a heart, and begins to raise it and heal it. It starts growing bigger, though, and when she has no where else to put it, she has to let it go. It's one of those typical "If you love it, let it go." kind of stories, and a bit literal given that she catches a heart. I don't know whether I should continue on with it, since, given the current circumstances and things that have happened in my life recently, it could either be really therapeutic or I could end up hating it. Plus, again, I don't think I have the skills do give it justice. I'm just not good at doing environments.

And some random sketches:

Josephine! The Pirate Queen! I haven't forgotten her yet.

Yup, still love drawing me some big hair!

Oh, and, uh, NSFW for boobies or something.

I'm sorry the pictures are smaller than usual. I had to try a different scanning method that doesn't use Photoshop, as it was causing a lot of issues and crashing a lot. It was much faster and scanned with much more detail, but it's difficult for me to determine what's a good size to resize the pictures for. I'll work on this for the next post.
