My opinion? Sean Bean plays another inexplicably evil character and dies another needlessly complicated death.

See, I should start by saying, I was really enjoying this movie. I don't expect much in the way of horror films, so the fact that this one started with a bang, starred Jensen Ackles, and didn't telegraph (at first) where it was going, made me happy. Shockingly, Devour makes a lot more sense the second time around. Mind you, that doesn't make it a good movie, just one that's not quite as "Wuh?" as originally viewed.
