Anxious to Please
I took Asher (and Ronan, semi-asleep in his carseat) out to lunch at the Cup and Saucer and then to Michael's to pick out some new dinosaurs. At one point he looked up at me and said:
"You're wonderful, Mommy. I love you all the time."
(Beat)
"Is that a good thing to say to a girl?" (Which he pronounces something like GOY-YULE)
Also, as we were leaving, I asked him if he had a nice time, and he said:
"Yes! I'll remember this day always."
