(no subject)
Nah. I won't discuss anything about food or sex. I just wanted you to read this entry thus the insertion of the adjective yummy in the title. Yes, I am devious. *evil maniacal laughter*
Below is another list of things that have happened that may or may not have the same impact as a pair of flapping butterfly wings in Brazil to cause a tornado in Texas.
Item number one: I will buy a cd. Take a deep breath little Susie... I will buy an original cd.
I am into music but I either get my music from the radio, burned cds from friends, or from the internet. I rarely buy cds because of those reasons however, this time around, I am going to find a particular cd from a gifted bunch of fellow Filipinos. You may have seen or have heard their music on the airwaves on the tube. I am hearting Taken by Cars so much that I even added them to my Multiply account.
On a side note that explains why it's even worth mentioning I added Taken by Cars in Multiply. If my Friendster is the online manifestation of my sun being in Sagittarius thenmy Multiply is the internet 2.0 version of my moon being in Scorpio. Don't get it? Read more about astrology over here, kiddo.
Going back to the real stars, Taken by Cars have caught some global attention by being included in the Amp site for Channel V. You can see that over here. Their Myspace account is over here. Somebody nice posted 12 songs from the group in iMeem which you can listen to by clicking here. I am so in love with their video for Uh-oh that I made my team mates watch it in my presence. You know, just to make sure they didn't blink and miss something important like the vocalist's hair moving or something.
Item number two: Another cliche has been proven true and correct based on recent events at work. I cannot please everybody (like I ever had the inclination to do since I turned 14) and even if I and other people know my E.Q. level has risen steadily these past couple of years there will be those who will find me not to their liking.
Just an FYI, there's at least one person who strongly believes that I am hostile. And that I am a bully. He could just said that I am a hostile bully, that's more concise. Tsk tsk. Anyway, given my ability to take things with a grain of gay salt, I've made a joke about the comments made about me. Less than 24 hours after I found out I was a hostile bully I got this tick...I would suddenly say HOSSS-TILE! in the same way that Tyra Banks would say Fierce. Ugh. I watch too much America's Next Top Model. Double Ugh. Oh what is a hostile gay bully supposed to do?
Third Item: My co-workers and I assumed camwhoredom a couple of days ago. After watching a recap video for ANTM in Youtube, I was inspired to direct my co-workers. The recap is right below and the pictures that were inspired by it right under it.
