The bus ride from work to the campus felt longer than usual. As soon as the bus stopped in front of Evergrove's campus, Sideswipe hurried off and started towards the dormitories, not quite running, but not walking either. He reached the dorm he shared with his brother and reached to open the door, pretty certain that it wasn't locked. Swinging it open, he poked his head inside the dorm.
"Sunstreaker? You home?" he called. His heart was pounding, both from the exertion of his hurry home and in anxiety for what the two of them had talked about over the network.
