Description of experience: I bought a cutsew during their last Putumayo GO. Somehow my inital comment about my order got deleted with out my knowing. They pm'd me with in the hour to ask if I still wanted to place the order. Communication was awsome. I will deffiantly use them again.

Description of experience: At first I wanted more than I ended up getting and I deleted my first comment. They PMed me to see if I still wanted to participate also which was very thoughtful. I had asked if they could check with putumayo if there was a specific color of the item I wanted in stock they never got back to me but the invoiced me with the title of the alternate color I had requested. I got notices from them once the items had been sent out and then another to confirm that the items had made it safely to my house.

Would definitely participate in a GO by harajukuhearts again!

Description of experience: I originally questioned them about a particular item on their website. I also had a couple items in mind for the group order. They quickly answered my question and i purchased a jsk from the store and a purse and pin set from the Putumayo group order. After payment the items arrived quickly carefully wrapped. I absolutely love my pins and the purse is amazing. All items are great. Will definately buy from them again.
