Their communication was great and always very friendly even with all the questions I kept sending them. They always answered them all clearly and concisely and were able to ship to a different location upon request. I would definitly do business with them again in the future.

   i participated in the putumayo g.o.. they were super nice, answered questions, and even remembered to answer questions after the order arrived (i had asked about a color when ordering and they couldn’t answer until after the order arrived. although they had sold the item so i didn’t really get a complete answer…). they were even accommodating, as i wanted a skirt that had sold out, but they had previously pre-ordered so they let me take it and combined it with my other item in this g.o.
   the only real down experience was their site went offline for awhile (i had checked at the time they said the order would come from japan). however, a few days later i received an e-mail saying the order had come in and everything was shipped fast and arrived in great condition.

Kept me updated with the GO every step of the day. Shipping was amazingly quick, I received my package a few days after I received the e-mail stating my items had been shipped.     Description of experience: GREAT parasol! It’s so cute! Prior to shipping, the seller made sure I could receive it in my PO box, which was very thoughtful. I was a little worried, as the package it was shipped in was pretty beat up (USPS fault, not the seller), but the parasol was in fantastic condition.

    I bought one of my dream Dresses and am really satisfied. I had to pay fees, which was bad, but not the seller’s fault. Shipping was very fast and the replys for my emails always immediate and very friendly.
    They even put the item for me on hold for a week so I couls save up some money. I would definetly buy again!
