I would go ahead and escalate to a claim if she doesn't respond within 24 hours.

Yeah, I plan on doing so. :|.

I didn't realise you were a mod at first, haha. Would you like me to keep you updated on the situation so the same thing doesn't happen to other buyers?

I filed a dispute early this morning and still have no reply. After twenty four hours, I'll escalate into a claim.

I also found out that there are some other girls in a sales post from two and a half weeks ago in the same position.

I would hate this to happen to any other girls on here. :[.

I know the rose prince I dont think its a scam its just that she is selling like everything right now and tends to be very forgetful and not do things on time so just be patient. I know its been like over a month are so but I think her posts are truthful. I just saw her on the 25th, Ill try to ask her for you.

Thank you for replying. Please try to get in touch with her for me because I really need that refund.

I get that some people are forgetful but this has been going on for too long. She's been at meetups and buying on the comm. I was patient but this is too much now.

Not to be rude but.. How well do you 'know' her? Because I have to agree with yanderess, it is too much. I once replied on an egl post of the_rose_prince's when she was looking to use people's photos for a magazine or something. I asked her if she'd like to use one or two of mine and provided her with some photos. She said she would and compensation would be in the form of a copy of the magazine.

Guess what? No magazine and she stopped replying to my comments. And she didn't even bother letting me know if she ever used my photos. Had they been taken by a professional photographer, that would constitute as copyright breach and even so I'm not entirely comfortable with the fact that my photos may be in a bunch of strangers hands and I was never compensated for it like she said I would be. Either she's genuinely busy and forgetful or pretty rude indeed and apparently now possibly a scammer.

well I dont know her extreamly well I just talk to her at meet ups. But I know she isnt trying to scam anyone. As fo your pictures she has a big head she dosent like anything that isnt name brand and she doesent like it when people mix brands in their outfits so that might be why she didnt use your photos.

Yeah, that's how it started with me too. I got a bad vibe from the beginning when she wasn't letting me know she shipped it out and first making excuses, but I tried to be understanding. But this is too much.

this is exactly why i never sell any of my old things on the sales comm, if i buy something and it doesn't fit, i give it away to a friend instead, because i know there's no excuse for selling an item to someone and forgetting to ship it out for a long period of time, which i would probably be prone to do. i know that's personal, and not to do precisely with this scam, but i'm trying to make the point that even if she is busy or whatever, that's no excuse. if you are too busy to complete a sale by shipping an item, don't make a sale in the first place.

Yes, this. This times a million. I don't sell old things because I'm rather attached to my lolita stuff, but. I wouldn't either if I didn't have time to ship it out. It's just not right.

I'm not sure if it will offer you any comfort, but I had a sucessful transaction with this user from mid-september to mid october when she used my shopping service. So, she was the buyer in this case. She answered emails pretty consistently if I sent a message to ask for an update or something. She also paid fairly quickly. I hope she turns up to redeem herself!

Thank you so much for letting me know. She seems to be a reliable buyer but... seller, not so much. She doesn't even respond to my emails or comments anymore. :/.
