ATTN: the_rose_prince and those who know her. Possible scam.
Lately, I've been buying a decent amount of things off the sales comm. I have paid for all of these items right away and have discovered some very wonderful, trustworthy sellers who I would order from again in a heartbeat. I don't usually order from anyone who doesn't have a lot of feedback, so when I saw the_rose_prince's
sales post, at first I debated about ordering. However, she is fairly active in my local lolita scene and had +1 feedback so I figured it was safe. Obviously I was mistaken and will never, ever order from sellers without a certain amount of feedback again.
Right now I'm doing the same thing as the other girl mentioned in this did: filing a Paypal dispute. I will escalate it to a claim if she doesn't give me my refund. Please, if you know her, try to get her to send me my money. I do not believe her "I'll send it out tomorrow" notes anymore. I'd advice any people buying from her in the future to be very wary. :/.
It appears as if she's been buying other items and attending meetups during this month. If she has time for all of that and she's been active on the comm, there is no excuse as to why she hasn't sent out my item.
I hate to do this, but she's stopped answering any attempt to contact her and hasn't sent my cutsew out yet or given me a refund, which I'd prefer now anyway. I've seen this happen time and time again on this comm. I wanted to believe the best because I know she used to be active in the NYC loli scene, but I can't anymore. :/.
Can somebody please help me get my money back?

I didn't think it at the time, but this was kind of the first warning sign that she was unrealiable.
....annnd I order. I used my girlfriend's paypal account and paid her back in cash. I know $45 might not seem like a lot, but to me it is. I expect to get what I paid for.
It says my order is on 10/5 by UTC time, but in Eastern time zone (where both she and I live), it was 10/4. Not that it makes much of a difference at this point.

Trying to be nice, but getting a little concerned about the status of my cutsew.
She finally replies and explains why it is taking so long. I try to be patient and understanding because I get that life gets in the way sometime. She says she'll send it out tomorrow and I trust it.
Tomorrow and then some came and past. I'm starting to be extremely wary. She says she'll send it. I don't believe her at this point.
I ask for a refund, trying to assume the best that it is not a scam. I even offer not to leave negative feedback if she just gives it to me. She doesn't give me a refund in a timely fashion. I wanted to believe she wasn't a scammer, but... I'm starting to think otherwise, to be honest.
griffith orders a skirt from her from the same sales post as me. She says it will be shipped hopefully by Wednesday. It was Sunday when we ordered the items. Clearly by the second comment, it wasn't sent out.
Same excuse.
....annnnd again. Still no skirt for griffith and still no cutsew for me.
She stops replying to us, so griffith opened a dispute. I am doing the same as well as leaving negative feedback.
