Any kind of shoe, wich is black and have some heel.
In Gothic Lolita strabby shoes have been popular for long time.

Honestly I'd try a different site for the dress, unless you just happen to like that particular dress and want to do a one-time lolita inspired look with it. They seem like a gothic brand who just label anything that has a roomy skirt lolita. That dress isn't really usable in lolita, unless you're very, very experienced.
