Any kind of shoe, wich is black and have some heel.
In Gothic Lolita strabby shoes have been popular for long time.
Like this(or even more straps and less bows):

A fairly simple chubby pumps, wil do it too


The store you are linking I never heard off, I can't tell you about it is safe, but the other dresses looks a bit scammy or costume like.

Going for corsage dress isn't a bad idea for prom, they can be very sofisticated.
