cliff side - one tree is holding on for dear life
Candi and I walked on Oak Hill this morning - our usual Monday morning walk. We went to the French Creek overlook rock - we haven't been there all winter.

Last night we ate out at Sweet Basil's in Clarion - it was good food but afterwards I just felt sick - felt sick all night. This morning I woke up hungry for pancakes - which is rare for me but it seemed so perfect. I made them with extra eggs and spread blueberry preserves on top, with cottage cheese on the side - so good! I had one left over and am eating the same thing for lunch right now.
And - a little video that I took this morning of sunlight reflecting off the mirrors into the living room - watching this dancing movement in the room gives me so much pleasure:

I am still getting ready for the trip. Thinking I need another pair of pants. I only have one pair of light weight long pants - 2 would be nice. And I need a ball point pen. It sounds silly that I feel that is a necessity at the moment - I have so many pens around here but I need a very good smooth writing black pen for my journal - a higher level of pen. The journal I'm going to use has painted pages and only certain pens will write on it. I used to favor Bic Atlantis pens but they changed them and now they are no good - I need to find another "perfect pen".
