Jules and I took the 3 boys to Lake Erie today for an afternoon on the beach. It rained twice while we were there but it was warm enough we didn't mind. It was a beautiful day really. The sky was so dramatic with many ranges of blue and brilliant white puffy cloud tops with purple bottoms.

On the way home I just couldn't stay awake so I decided to skip the fireworks tonight. Sometimes I might start thinking the kids are a handful, or too much stress at my age but really truly I am so glad to spend time with them. They are a big, big part of my life and my happiness.
