I got 3 shelves cleared in the hall closet (yay!) - one more to go, and the floor. I needed to take a break so here I am posting some pictures.

Today's art a day. The Entity Outside My Window. It's a sunny blue sky day today with big puffy clouds. I wrote the words HAPPY BIRTH-DAY at the top because I wanted to commemorate that today is Kathy's ( motherofearth45 ) and Johnny's birthdays.

I took this at the Paint and Sip yesterday. That guy in the back row who's looking at me is a friendly fellow. Not that into painting but he likes talking to people. I sat beside him a couple times ago and he had lots of questions for me, which I didn't mind answering. The guy with him tells him what to paint. He keeps asking what should I paint next? Put a gray square here. Draw a yellow line across the top. Put a pink rectangle there, etc. He will paint whatever he's told to and then each time he'll ask, is that good? They are very abstract.  I like him. Even though I don't know his name he's like an old familiar friend now at these ARC events.

Chloe painting on the instruction painting that she does step by step. Jan brought in two statues of Highland Cattle that her husband Leon had bought just last week. He collects statues of cows, and other things - elephants too.

Just a picture from a walk around the back yard I took yesterday. The back window of the goat shed. Poor old shed, she's falling apart but at least it's dry in there.

Well, time to get a move on. I want to finish the closet and vacuum for Sunday dinner tomorrow too. I should have taken a "before" picture of the closet. I think it will be a dramatic change.
