The weather has drastically cooled off. 63F at the moment this morning. Nice. Yesterday Jan and I hiked to the Kennerdell Overlook and then ordered sandwiches at Soup Is Good in Harrisville. We took our food over to the Community Park and ate in a picnic pavilion. A super good day.
I've been having fun drawing/painting on a wooden puzzle blank. I took it apart this morning after drawing on it with acrylic paint pens and then covered each piece individually with clear satin varnish.

I got myself a little rechargeable camping light on Wednesday so I can have light in my mosaic shed in the evening. It helps to have more light to work by in the daytime too.
Plans for today: drive into town and get gluten free flour and make some zucchini bread - we have a lot of summer squash ripening now and I think they'll work as well as zucchini. I want to give some to Chloe and she's trying to be gluten free right now.
