When I got back from my walk with Candy yesterday at the Wolf Creek Narrows I was disappointed to find that my new little yellow 4K camera had only saved one picture of the dozens that I took during our hike. All the beautiful fields of bluebells, phlox and trilliums that I took pictures of were not in the camera anymore.

Here is the one picture that survived. Both Candy and I noticed that the creek texture/patterns looked interesting here (checkerboardish) so I took a pic of it. Anyway it was a beautiful day for a hike in the woods and the perfect place to be for spring wildflowers. A lot of other people thought it would be a good place to be too and the small parking lot was full when we left.

I packed the Banana 4K camera up for return last night and will drive to town later today to drop it off at UPS. I'm still trying to figure out a small camera that I can easily carry on my walks rather than use my phone all the time. The full spectrum camera is good but only when I use an infrared type filter on it. I can't seem to get good pictures with it when I use the hot mirror (normal) filter.

I used the full spectrum camera for this picture of my art journal just now and it seems okay for close up stuff but won't focus for far away things. I might experiment more with it today. It would be ideal as a hiking camera if it would just focus properly.

banana 4k, wolf creek narrows natural area, full spectrum camera, 365 art, problems, art a day
