Dave waves "Hi". From our walk over to the lake last evening.
This is from a quick walk (1.3 miles) Rainy and I did at Two Mile yesterday morning after dropping Roswell off at work. This is in the southeast corner of the park near the Singing Hills camp.
I'll be busy cooking and cleaning this weekend. We are having the September birthdays (Dave and Jules) on Sunday. I need to make a vegan coleslaw, potato salad and a cake. Clean house. Dave will clean the back porch and I'll help with that. He'll grill burgers.
My bottle of Cornbread CBD gummies arrived yesterday and I am experimenting with them. I cut each one in half so the strength of each is now 25 mg of CBD and 1 mg of THC. Last night I woke up at 3 am and couldn't fall back asleep. I get into stupid hateful mind ruts that I can't seem to get out of. So I took one, made a cup of chamomile tea and crocheted for a while - watched Call the Midwife. It seemed like I was able to get back to bed quicker than I usually do when I get into this rut in the middle of the night. Back to bed and asleep again by 4. If I find that it actually helps with that I will be happy.
