Labyrinth Leading to the Mystery of Flowers Blooming.
We missed the best chance to harvest dandelion flowers for wine. Chloe planned to come over tomorrow to pick them but most all ours are gone now. There will be another crop later in the summer so all is not lost. We could try again then.
Peanut Butter isn't doing well. She has been slower than the rest of the other chickens for a while. She didn't want to come out of the coop this morning. She is 6 years old now. Her sister Little Comfort is still going strong though. Neither one lays any eggs but we get plenty of eggs (enough for just us) from the other 3 chickens who are only 3 this year.
Jan and I are hiking today. I will get to go back for the second time to Wolf Creek Narrows. Looking forward to that. Such a pretty place.
