I had a nice walk at the cemetery yesterday morning. The weather was perfect. I'm sorry for the rest of the country having extremely hot weather but (knock on wood) we are having perfect weather. The farmers could use some rain though. Fortunately Dave got the water line installed down to his garden so he can water it now.
Organic flowers don't last forever but then neither do silk flowers.
This is a different kind of headstone. A giant boulder with a plaque set in it.
Optical illusion in the photo - are the letters raised or indented? My mind only wants to see them as raised but they were actually indented. I originally took the photo because I liked how the letters had a golden tint to them because of mold that formed there.

Finished this last night. One of the rocks I got down at the creek. This is more like what I'm wanting to do now though I'm not quite satisfied with it either. It has a dark blue background. I'm thinking I just like plain black the best.
We started to watch a movie last night. It was delightful. "L'iceberg". I didn't know what to expect - was it going to be a cartoon? But it's more like a cross between cirque du soleil, Buster Keaton and something else entirely. I was too tired to finish watching it last night so I have that to look forward to today.
