I like having a game plan.
I want to settle on a course of what I will do with this wrist.
Will I do active PT exercises following the online suggestions I found?
Or just do my daily activities and involve my right hand as much as I can?
I think for now it's the last option with a little of the former.
It felt really good last night to get a shower without a bag on my arm,
using both hands to wash my hair and dry off.
I'm going to leave the brace off most of the day.
Put it on when I go outside or to bed.
It is such a comfort to slip it on,
my protective shell -
I feel relaxed right away.
Having it off is like having a potential for pain there all the time
but I think having it off is the best way to get full movement back sooner.
As for my game plan on the LJ - DW issue.
Right now I think I'll stick with posting only on LJ.
If the Russian government should someday shut it down I'll move permanently to DW then.
It's not like LJ is a part of the Russian government.
It just a company that is headquartered in that country.
I don't hate the people in Russia just because Putin is an asshole
and their government is awful.

Today is Sebastian's birthday - 21.
All he wants for a gift is money to help him make a down payment on a car.
He uses my car most everyday to drive to work.
Any money we donate to that cause would save us on wear and tear to my car.
I might make him out a check for a bit more then we usually give the grandkids for their birthdays.
Snow covering the ground again.
A white world.
Questions:
Is there anything you do that would be considered unhealthy?
I do love sweets.
I don't eat them all the time but I eat them enough that I carry extra weight.
Borderline obese on the BMI charts.
Trying to keep my food in a fence is a daily challenge.
If I got out and hiked everyday it wouldn't be so much of a problem but this winter I have slacked off to the extreme.
SOON though! Spring is coming
(bare ground)
and I have high hopes that things will turn around for me.
Yesterday I didn't do any cleaning.
Just sewed on Candy's lap robe all day.
Got it totally pieced together - still needs a border though.
I'll take a picture after I get that on.
Today I hope to get to those cleaning jobs I listed yesterday.
