It started out chilly (55F) and drizzling this morning. Candy and I went biking anyway. Did 13 miles on the Rail 66 Trail near Clarion. Coming back the sun came out and it was beautiful. We ate at Sweet Basil's on the way home. I asked for a box right off the bat and put 2/3 of my Vegetable Primavera into it. 1/3 of the plate was way enough food.

That bike trail is on a slight incline so it was hard peddling on the way out (overcast too) but on the way back sunny and very easy. Turned out really nice in the end. :-)

Hazel keeps talking about coloring her hair again but I hope she doesn’t for a while longer. I really like this 2 tone look. It’s just on one side.

I'm reading From Moron to Moron by Tom Doig, and where I am up to in the book, they have just ridden up a slope which they thought was flat. That's called a faux plat. Then they went up another one!

That must have been nice for you to ride downhill after going uphill!

I hope Hazel keeps her hair like that for a while longer, too :)

I must have heard about "From Moron to Moron" from you. I bought a copy of it for Dave for his birthday. I thought he might like it and me too.

I'll have to remember Faux Plat. Good word for that.
