break time

I fixed up the tent and it's ready for their arrival. I enjoy that kind of thing - placing furniture, putting decorative cloths on things. I also got my studio ready for Alison's dad.

The studio bed with the hexagon blanket on it and the new laptop to the right of the bed. I wanted to get a picture of how the keyboard lights up. It only stays lit while you are typing on it and if you quit typing the lights go out in about 10 seconds. But that's good so it doesn't run down the battery.

The entrance door is to the left. I kind-of hid the camper potty behind the table on the right. I thought that would be nice for them. I know I appreciate not having to go outside to pee when I wake up in the night.

I thought this little night stand was cute. I imagine that they will be setting their inflatable mattress up beside it.

I forgot to mention that Berdella, Jan and I went to the little zoo (Keystone Safari) down by Grove City on Tuesday. This is the only picture I took. There were lots of monarch butterflies in the butterfly house. They also had a mother and father lion with a little baby cub, black bears, giraffes, lots of birds, emus, ostriches, hyenas, monkeys, an otter in rehab, water buffaloes, etc. There was a big playground for kids and overhead walkways up in the branches of trees for them to run on and a zip line. For a zoo it was pretty nice and the animals seem to all have large natural places to live.
