This morning Kathy and I went to Desoto Memorial and then tonight we went to the beach at sunset.
At Desoto - mangrove roots by the shore.

The sunset tonight - we sat in lawn chairs. There was a cute little boy in front of us playing in the water. After the sun had set his grandma asked him - do you want to come back tomorrow? Yes!
This afternoon I took a little bike ride on Kathy's bike - I didn't take my phone or anything with me. I don't know the neighborhood that well and all the houses look a lot alike to me but I figured that I couldn't get lost if I just took every right turn I could - I would have to come back eventually. Something went wrong though and after a while I passed a dead raccoon on the street (that was pretty distinctive) - then a little while later I passed it again! That got me a little worried. I was supposed to be back at the house by 5 so we could go to the beach. So I turned around and took every left turn I came to and saw what I thought was the main road one block over and headed to it. Took a left turn at it and then somehow I got back on track. I still don't know what happened - I will have to look it up on a map later. It seems I went into some kind of spiral maze. :-)
