Good for me - I've listed something, second day in a row.
Jan, Berdella and I walked at Lake Wilhelm today. No photos. But it was a beautiful morning! Sun slanting through the trees and the leaves starting to turn yellow and orange. Jan mentioned how pretty it looked off to the right - there was a hill with the sun lighting a spot on the crest. Did we want to walk up through the woods to explore it? Yes. After we got up there we didn't want to just walk back down again so we went on hoping to find a crossing at a gully, which we eventually found after going down a steep hill and back up. Then the search for an easy way to a field we saw in the distance. We thought it would be easier walking near the field. It turned into an adventure - the way I like it. We got back to the paved bike trail in a place we didn't expect to.
I had Sebby drive me to town today. His first time in the main part of town and one of his first times dealing with red lights. He asked if this intersection was "right on red" and I said yes. He slowed down a little and turned right through the red light - didn't stop at all. Whoa. That's not what right on red means! Student drivers. You don't know what they don't know till they make the mistake that they can learn from.
Dave just came home - he got stung by a bee on his eye lid. It's totally closed. I've fixed him up with Benadryl and an ice pack. Now to make dinner...
