I was on the Sandy Creek bike trail twice yesterday. First thing in the morning with Candy. We biked from Belmar Bridge upstream on Sandy Creek and turned around at the 5 mile mark. And then later Hazel and I walked from the trail head on the Rockland Rd down to the Sandy Creek tunnel and back.
Candy and a new spray paint pattern that is appearing on the trail in many places.
Sandy Creek valley from a bridge.
Three riders and an eye. This eye image appears multiple places on the trail now too.
Two walkers coming through the tunnel.
Someone thinks, "this tunnel is art".
Color in the dark.
Fallen rocks that someone made into a pile.
Belmar bridge - photo taken while riding my bike. My little bike computer says we have gone 10.23 miles so far.
Last evening Hazel wanted to do some shopping at Walmart and walk too so that was great - two times on the bike trail in one day.
Walking.
Smile!
Hazel and the turtle. This turtle appears in many places.
Rock cliff. For some reason I always think this looks like a stage that you are looking up at and the trees in front are like a curtain - just an impression I get.
Today - walked with Berdella and Jan 2 miles on trails at Two Mile Run. I am very glad I am getting into the outdoors more again. The weather has really cooled off - I wore my jacket most the time this morning.
