Here's a picture I took of Hazel last evening while we walked the creekside trail at Two Mile Run. It was very blurry cause the light wasn't good so I did some arty things to it in photoshop elements to try and save it. I like it now.
Here's another one - not sure which one I like the best. It's hard to see there is a person in this one but I like the composition better.
And another - without Hazel this time. This set of effects might become one of my favorites!
Weekend! Johnny is coming home this weekend and the grandkids will also be around. That's always nice. And with all of us together we will be able to carry the chicken coop to its spot. I'm looking forward to getting the chickens in it.
Today I had Brian as my main radiation technician and came to find out that he had kidney cancer over 30 years ago. He will be going to the
Relay For Life this weekend and asked if I would be going. He will be walking in the Survivors Lap. He said the first time he did it he was very moved cause everyone on the sidelines cheers as you walk. It just made him feel funny to get that much attention for being alive. It made me think - I could walk that - I am a survivor! Though I doubt I will go to the event this year since I only just today heard of it - maybe someday I will though. I have been thinking of adding the american cancer society to my list of charities we give to. They have been very helpful.

My doctor's office called just now to say that there are some issues that the heart monitor showed and they wanted to set up a time for me to come in and talk about them. The doctor won't be available till July though and if I want to talk about it sooner then I could see Heather the P.A. on the 16th - the doctor would be in the office that day if she needed him to help explain anything. So now I can gradually get more and more stressed out for the next 2 weeks in anticipation of bad news of some sort! Blaa.
