day 2

have just finished the 2nd day of my juice fast.. i had a vegable juice and a small orangeappplecarrot juice today so thats bout 150cal (not bad).. i even got out of eating at lunch with a friend.. she mentioned she wasnt hungry and might only get a fruit salad.. so i just said id have a juice as i had breakfast earlier... which i hadnt and got out of that by sayin to my mum i was having lunch so there was no point eatin an hour before lunch... my parents are out tonight so i dont need to make an excuse bout not eating which is awesome
tommoz should be ok im goin out at night.. im not sure if ill drink.. i might drive instead.. i just havent been out with my friends much lately and i have a fun party animal rep with my close girlfriends.. so it might just be easier to have a few drinks
i go from feeling really hungry.. to not hungry at all... to feeling like im goin to faint or throw up.. it is really annoying.. grr hopefully it will pass.. i just think only 3more days

what i dont know what to do bout is what happens when the fast is over how do i avoid eating and putting on weight again... hopefully it will be fine if i just watch my cal intake and gradually build it back up to like 500cal a day (that is something i can sustain and still lsoe weight on)
i think i might give up pure carbs (bread cereal crackers etc) and only eat like cabrs in fruit veg and yoghurt.. that should help and shouldnt be hard i was only strict atkins for like a year and a bit (no more than 20carbs a day)
