So! Snakes on a Plane this week!
I think the usual suspects and I are going to see it on Friday, but I'm not sure when or where. Relevant potential showings:

Who else from Halifax is planning to go and what showings are you planning to see? Is anyone interested in organizing another movie mob, like we did for MirrorMask?
Also, from the Wikipedia entry on Cobra Starship, responsible for some of the music for this film: "... taking departure from Muto! Muto! Muto!, a Japanese-birdcall fusion band based in New Jersey".
It's like the entire world has suddenly become humorously absurd.
