BEA Launch (aka one of the reasons I've been so quiet on here lately)

Mar 19, 2008 16:17

I'm very excited to announce the launch of the creative campaign and microsite for BEA that illustrates their vision for dynamic business applications. The client is thrilled with the finished product and we’ve definitely made an impact at BEA with this awareness campaign. We’re eagerly awaiting the response from the market and competition.

The site as you can view it now represents two of the three BEA projects. The first was the creative campaign and we have realized part one of the execution.

Direct to Microsite: http://bea.com/dynamicbusinessapps/
BEA Homepage (top spotlight with “I Define” image): http://bea.com/

Challenge: Position BEA as years ahead of the competition with their strategy for using dynamic business applications to give CIOs/IT, Business Analysts, and Business/End Users control of their business.

Solution: Build an interactive flash microsite that houses a vision movie and is linked to BEA.com through relevant banners.

This project represents an important step for SolutionSet. It may be the first full formal campaign that was developed completely from the ground by us. We arrived at an idea first then delivered on the promise of that idea...but the idea is what they were excited about first.

Secondly the creative work was an additional engagement where a variety of media (including illustration, photos, music and flash not to mention short film) all came together into an in-depth experience in what most in the creative and development worlds would refer to as an impossible one.

Here to the new way of doing things.

I'm exhausted, but I'm going to watch the microsite do its thing another twelve times because it still looks so cool to me.

Oh, and you can view the vision movie on YouTube.
