OK, so it's basically just for my own reference 'cause I'm a neat freak obsessed with organization. My reviews are based entirely on my personal feelings so please do not get angry with me if I didn't like your favorite drama. Some of them probably are really good if you manage to get through couple of first episodes, they just were totally not my thing. The best thing to do is watching them yourself to make your own opinion. Here we go:

I started watching this for the eye-candy, but stayed for the plot. Buy the eye-candy was indeed amazing. All of the boys, (maybe besides Takeru, but that's probably because of his yankee hair, cause he didn't look so bad in his other roles), were way beyond handsome. Including even the youngest one, Akira, who'll be a handsome man in the future, I'm sure. And Sho-chan? Pure <3 Anyway, I loved the plot, loved how they slowly build a family, loved to see how they learned to love each other. This is the type of drama that draw me into the world of jdramas in the first place. With beautiful boys, lovely main character and a cheerful and yet a heartbreaking plot. As for the things I did not like - Toki-chan made too many ridiculous faces and there were too many magic/lame sf stuff in Atashinchi. But oh well, that's normal for jdoramas, ne?

Besides it was still one of the first dramas I watched (third to be exact) so I didn't really have anything to compare. And I watched it with my boyfriend, so it kinda helped him to get used to my japanofilia and to my Jun obsession.

I think I'll watch it all, but so far (5th episode) it bores me. To death. Also Kawasaki-san is kinda creepy with all this "we date with intention to marry" crap. WTF?!? She's 24, it's not like she has to bear a child like right now or her womb will fall out or sth. And his mother asking her, if she cooks, was unbearable to me. I know, I know it's Japan, that doesn't change a thing for me tho - cause wtf? is he looking for a wife or a fucking maid? What does it matter if she can cook or not, maybe she earns more than him or maybe she makes amazing blowjobs etc.! Cooking skills don't make you a perfect wife. Love does. Anyway I still think BB deserves a second chance, even if it was boring till now, so we'll see what happens next. ETA: That kiss (7th ep)! OMG! A real kiss in a drama! Not just some creepy 60 sec. lip touching stuff, a normal kiss! Unbelievable! OMG, OMG that kiss alone made Buzzer Beat worth watching! (after watching all episodes) So hmmm, the kiss was spectacular, seriously, but the drama itself was boring. Not very very, puke-inducing boring, cause I wouldn't watch all episodes if that was the case, but nonetheless boring. And also I love my Yamapi with Nobuta's haircut not that weird curly thing I keep seeing lately.

I don't even know why the heck I watched all of it. It wasn't exciting, Kame is not my favorite Johnny or anything, I'm not interested in wines (though I love to drink them) and I don't believe anyone can guess wine brand thanks to some sort of boring poems. I really don't know. I watched couple of episodes and then I just wanted to get over with it and I watched all of the ones I've downloaded. Then when there was only couple of them left till the end I downloaded the rest just for the sake of finishing the story. And well I don't really remember what was it all about.

Main actress is kinda annoying (Kato Rosa) and I hated the guy who played the old vampire (Kondo Masahiko). The main character might be cute in his own way and will probably be handsome in a matter of few years but now I guess he's not my type and some of the weird faces he makes annoy me a little (Nakayama Yuma).

Gosh, it was a great dorama. I loved Daigo, Shota and Hiroshi characters. Loved the story. Loved the chemistry. Hated Masata-sensei. This was the first gay character I didn't like in my whole life! Totally fucked up guy, even though all he's done was for the sake of Kairi-chan (poor O-chan <3). Ok, that's not entirely true - I liked him a bit, he wasn't a bad person, just a really bizarre one. Anyway, bloopers, yay *loves bloopers*! I especially liked Kairi ones, 'cause she was so sad all the time, it was good to know that the actress is a normal person.

If I ever encounter polish subtitles for it it'll be one of the dramas I will share with my friends. I liked it a lot, but I might be a bit biased, 'cause I'm a sucker for movies that take action in courts - you just got to love jurors discussions. Toma was wonderful as always *kisses him*.

Detective story. Awesome. I'm not a big fan of Kimura Takuya, but I agree he's a great actor. The character he created was interesting and funny. Stories were surprising and I practically never guessed correctly who did it. It was really good and I watched it with pleasure and even though I've seen better dramas I can recommend it without hesitation. Ah and I just have to mention Mizushima Hiro, whom I adore with all my heart, who created an awesome character, funny, kindhearted and lovable. He almost died and my heart almost broke lol. It had a really open ending so there might be a sequel someday.

Not only as a character but as a person too. Bleee I couldn't stand her voice, really.

I liked the plot, it was my type of story (supernatural stuff, you know) and I would watch it if it was an American TV show, but I'm not disappointed it wasn't. Japanese really pulled it off, and despite me being used to more real life stories in jdoramas I enjoyed it a lot. It was kinda slow here and there but Ryo's face was more than enough for my reward for being bored from time to time. I'm not sure about the God and Demon's hands but Ryo and Tackey are definitely gods of sex, ahhhhh.

I can't believe how sad this dorama was. God, I cried almost every episode :/ And oh killing Igarashi-san was just fucking cruel, I can't believe they've done that. Dramas like that makes me miss American TV shows with happy endings. It was great, but it was just too sad to show anyone and too sad too watch it again so I deleted it. Nakamaru cries like a baby, all the fucking time, but he's quite cute and I liked his character. Yamamoto is awesome beyond words and I freaking I love him. Masu was so-so, I haven't kinda acknowledge him.

Miura Haruma is love, being a samurai or not (though he looks a bit hotter as a samurai). And I love, love Shirota Yu as a looser Nakamura. Such a cutie omg! And his stammering is so sexy awww. Oh and lol at Iwanaga (Kaku Kento, hot~) confessing to framing Kotaru, so unbelievable lol

*sigh* it was a disappointment. I dropped it after the first episode, which I usually don't do, cause it's kinda not fair to judge a drama after only one epi, but this time I wasn't interested in the plot at all and I seriously have no time to watch dramas just for handsome guys. And they are handsome, oh yes, they are. I have no problem with Hiro's acting in this drama (a lot of people on d-addicts forum complained about this) but I agree his overreacting was a bit annoying. I just don't think it's his fault, I guess this role was just written badly. Oguri Shun is a great actor, so again, no complains here, though I didn't find his character interesting as well. I even liked the main female character which doesn't happen very often (Yoshitaka Yuriko known to me from Love Shuffle), but great cast can't save a bad show. I'm sorry to anyone who might have liked Tokyo Dogs - it was boring imho.

after 12 episodes: so yeah, Geum Jan Di still annoys me a lot, maybe just a bit less than before but I came to love Goo Joon Pyo smile and the way he stupidly laughs when GJD does something clumsily. And his frustrated face (aiosh!), oh god <3. Yoon Ji Hoo smile is also adorable.
after 18 episodes: I have a feeling that BOF is emphasizing Rui/Makino relationship far more than HYD did. There is so many scenes with those two and far to less with GJP/GJD which totally makes me angry. I loved Domyoji and I love GJP and it pisses me of that there is not enough scenes showing him happily interacting with GJD. Instead there are lots of scenes depicting heartbroken GJP and/or GJD when seeing the other person with someone else (mostly with Yoon Ji Hoo in GJD case). It feels like it's more Yoon Ji Hoo/Geum Jan Di drama than it is Tsukasa/Tsukushi. I never felt like Rui and Makino should be together in HYD but I think about this constantly while watching BOF. It's a shame, cause GJP is a guy with a good heart and he loves GJD very much. Why do they accentuate YJH/GJD relationship so much if the story is supposed to be about Goo Joon Pyo and Geum Jan Di? And there's this old guy who told YJH that GJD will give him a family. Nope, sorry, that's not gonna happen. She's gonna give family to Goo Joon Pyo and we all know that.
finished: well I kinda said everything up there, but I'm gonna sum it up. I got used to new Makino, although GJD looked far too old for this role in some scenes and her eating like a pig habit was pretty annoying. I actually liked her when she was smiling (and with her hair tied up) instead of making those weird faces. Gu Jun Pyo stole my heart, Lee Min Ho is just gorgeous and his smile is to die for. I really like how YJH looked before he cut his hair, although even then I admit Kim Hyun Joong is very handsome. Still, I hated the fact that in Korean HYD Ji Hoo has such a significant role in GJD life. As for So Yi Jung, Kim Bum smile is probably even better than Lee Min Ho one, I've never seen somebody smiling so beautifully, seriously. I can't say much about Song Woo Bin tho, 'cause well, his character was pretty nonexistent in this drama. Overall, I loved BOF, mostly because I simply love Hanadan story, but not just because of that. HYD will be always my favorite but BOF had it's own charm that let me forget for a while who the real Domyojui and Makino are for me. SUMMARY

Ah and I just have to mention Mizushima Hiro, whom I adore with all my heart, who created an awesome character, funny, kindhearted and lovable. He almost died and my heart almost broke lol. *sigh* it was a disappointment. I dropped it after the first episode, which I usually don't do, cause it's kinda not fair to judge a drama after only one epi, but this time I wasn't interested in the plot at all and I seriously have no time to watch dramas just for handsome guys. And they are handsome, oh yes, they are. I have no problem with Hiro's acting in this drama (a lot of people on d-addicts forum complained about this) but I agree his overreacting was a bit annoying. I just don't think it's his fault, I guess this role was just written badly. Oguri Shun is a great actor, so again, no complains here, though I didn't find his character interesting as well. I even liked the main female character which doesn't happen very often (Yoshitaka Yuriko known to me from Love Shuffle), but great cast can't save a bad show. I'm sorry to anyone who might have liked Tokyo Dogs - it was boring imho.

after 12 episodes: so yeah, Geum Jan Di still annoys me a lot, maybe just a bit less than before but I came to love Goo Joon Pyo smile and the way he stupidly laughs when GJD does something clumsily. And his frustrated face (aiosh!), oh god <3. Yoon Ji Hoo smile is also adorable.
after 18 episodes: I have a feeling that BOF is emphasizing Rui/Makino relationship far more than HYD did. There is so many scenes with those two and far to less with GJP/GJD which totally makes me angry. I loved Domyoji and I love GJP and it pisses me of that there is not enough scenes showing him happily interacting with GJD. Instead there are lots of scenes depicting heartbroken GJP and/or GJD when seeing the other person with someone else (mostly with Yoon Ji Hoo in GJD case). It feels like it's more Yoon Ji Hoo/Geum Jan Di drama than it is Tsukasa/Tsukushi. I never felt like Rui and Makino should be together in HYD but I think about this constantly while watching BOF. It's a shame, cause GJP is a guy with a good heart and he loves GJD very much. Why do they accentuate YJH/GJD relationship so much if the story is supposed to be about Goo Joon Pyo and Geum Jan Di? And there's this old guy who told YJH that GJD will give him a family. Nope, sorry, that's not gonna happen. She's gonna give family to Goo Joon Pyo and we all know that.
finished: well I kinda said everything up there, but I'm gonna sum it up. I got used to new Makino, although GJD looked far too old for this role in some scenes and her eating like a pig habit was pretty annoying. I actually liked her when she was smiling (and with her hair tied up) instead of making those weird faces. Gu Jun Pyo stole my heart, Lee Min Ho is just gorgeous and his smile is to die for. I really like how YJH looked before he cut his hair, although even then I admit Kim Hyun Joong is very handsome. Still, I hated the fact that in Korean HYD Ji Hoo has such a significant role in GJD life. As for So Yi Jung, Kim Bum smile is probably even better than Lee Min Ho one, I've never seen somebody smiling so beautifully, seriously. I can't say much about Song Woo Bin tho, 'cause well, his character was pretty nonexistent in this drama. Overall, I loved BOF, mostly because I simply love Hanadan story, but not just because of that. HYD will be always my favorite but BOF had it's own charm that let me forget for a while who the real Domyojui and Makino are for me. SUMMARY
